TM+ TELEHEALTH (TM+) TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Your Agreement with myHealth Sentinel Holdings Pte Ltd

Your use of TM+ is governed by this agreement.


2. Not Medical Service or Advice

Neither TM+ nor staff and representatives of myHealth Sentinel offer medical advice nor any emergency response services. Any content accessed through TM+ is for informational purposes only, and is not intended to be representative of any informed medical advice, nor to cover all possible uses, directions, precautions, drug interactions, or adverse effects. This content should not be used except by user’s prescribing doctor for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. Users should consult their prescribing doctor if they have any questions about any of their biometric data shown on the TM+ portal. Users must not ignore or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of information accessed through TM+.

Call 995 (or your country emergency service) or your doctor or family caregivers for all medical emergencies. TM+ is not an emergency response service.

3. Your Account and Use of TM+

You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account. You must immediately notify myHealth Sentinel of any unauthorized use of your password or account, by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Your use of TM+ and any content accessed through TM+ must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances. You must be at least 18 years old to use TM+.

You may not access TM+ other than by the interfaces and devices authorized by myHealth Sentinel or interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of TM+.


4. Use of Your Information

If you create, transmit, or display health or other information while using TM+, you may provide only information that you own or have the right to use. When you provide your information through TM+, you give myHealth Sentinel a license to use and distribute it in connection with TM+ services. However, myHealth Sentinel may only use health information you provide as permitted by your Sharing Authorization, and applicable law.

5. Your Sharing Authorization

You authorize myHealth Sentinel to share the health information contained in my TM+ profile(s) in its entirety, to only those entities and individuals you designate, for the purpose of providing you with medical care and for the purpose of sharing your information with others that you choose.
You understand and agree that this authorization permits the disclosure of health or treatment information about you, to the entities and individuals you designate, that may also contain sensitive information relating your health.

6. Content and Services Accessed through TM+


USE OF THESE SERVICES AND RELIANCE ON THIS CONTENT IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. MYHEALTH SENTINEL MAY NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT.


7. myHealth Sentinel Proprietary Rights

myHealth Sentinel and its Licensors own all proprietary rights to TM+. myHealth Sentinel gives you a personal, revocable, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use TM+ .

8. Modification and Termination of TM+

myHealth Sentinel may place limits on, modify, suspend or terminate TM+ generally, and may suspend or terminate your use of TM+ if you fail to comply with this agreement. This suspension or termination may revoke your access privileges to your information, files, and other previously available content. If myHealth Sentinel terminates TM+ or your use of TM+, this agreement will also terminate, but Sections 3, 6, 7, 8 and 10-13 shall continue to be effective after this agreement is terminated.

9. Changes to this Agreement

myHealth Sentinel may change this agreement and will post the modified agreement at https://www.telehealth.sg/terms.html. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, you should stop using TM+. Your continued use of TM+ after the date the modified agreement is posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified agreement.


10. Indemnification

Your acceptance of this agreement explicitly indemnifies myHealth Sentinel, against any third party claims that may arise out of or related to your use of TM+.


11. Exclusion of Warranties

NEITHER MYHEALTH SENTINEL NOR ANY OF MYHEALTH SENTINEL’S DISTRIBUTORS OR PARTNERS MAKES ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, AND EACH OF THEM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.


12. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER YOU NOR MYHEALTH SENTINEL OR ANY OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS MAY BE HELD LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN DIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE PARTY KNOWS OR SHOULD KNOW THAT OTHER DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE OR THAT DIRECT DAMAGES ARE NOT A SATISFACTORY REMEDY. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO YOU ONLY TO THE EXTENT THEY ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
NEITHER YOU NOR MYHEALTH SENTINEL OR ANY OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS MAY BE HELD LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR MORE THAN $1,000.

The limitations of liability in this Section do not apply to breaches of intellectual property provisions or indemnification obligations.


13. General Legal Terms

If you have not signed a separate written agreement with myHealth Sentinel related to TM+, this agreement is the entire agreement between you and myHealth Sentinel related to TM+, replacing any prior agreements. If there is any conflict between this agreement and a signed written agreement between you and myHealth Sentinel related to TM+, the signed written agreement will control.

Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, it and any related provisions will be interpreted to best accomplish the unenforceable provision's essential purpose.

This agreement is governed by Singapore law. Nothing in this agreement limits either party's ability to seek equitable relief.
